Bonnar Allan is a young company. The principals met each other in 2011 about the time Nigel had identified the opportunity and created the vision to develop Drake Park in Walton-on-Thames. Tom and Alan have worked together for more than 10 years.
By mid-2013 we started work together on the Drake Park project. Bringing together our experience in property, equity finance, accounting and banking has enabled us to bolster the initial vision and build a larger professional team to prepare a fully-fledged planning application.
We are now more than twice the size and the team is working on Drake Park and several other schemes around the country, some larger, some smaller but each with a commitment to deliver quality homes that work well for their future owners and the broader community at large.
On grant of planning Bonnar Allan intends to work in partnership with a larger house-builder to implement the consent. Avestus Capital Partners (ACP)
Avestus has brought significant investment to Drake Park and additional skills and experienceto the Bonnar Allan team. ACP is a pan-European real estate private equity investment and asset manager. The ACP team including eight equity partners has transacted in excess of £6bn of property assets since 1989.
ACP manages £1.3 billion of commercial property assets located in 10 countries on behalf of a diverse group of institutional and high-net-worth investors. It frequently undertakes project development and construction management roles on major commercial developments, particularly in Ireland, UK, Central and Eastern Europe.
